Drop in to this session to receive free advice about home electricity, gas and water bills and learn how to lower your bills. Advisors will be there to:
- help you understand your bills and check that you are getting a good deal
- check you are receiving any concessions you are eligible for
- share tips on saving energy at home
- discuss other support available, such as payment plans
- advise on installing solar, including discounts for concession card holders
- help resolve complaints about electricity, gas and water companies
On the day you can speak to staff from Uniting Vic. Tas. Energy Support, Yarra Valley Water WaterCare, the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria, Hume City Council Solar Roll-Out and other providers.
Bring along recent electricity, gas and water bills to receive personalised advice.
Turkish and Arabic speakers will be there to assist.
