In an Australian first for Local Government, Hume is introducing QR codes at playgrounds for maintenance reporting.
With 60 new QR codes installed at playgrounds across Hume, these QR codes provide an easier way for residents to report issues directly to Council.
To report an issue, residents can scan the QR code on their phone and the application will automatically walk them through the prompts.
