Support Services For Families

The Support Service Team works directly with all families including Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds to support inclusion and participation in early years services in Hume.

The team supports children and families to:

• Register and participate in kindergarten programs
• Engage in other early years support services in Hume such as playgroups, immunisation, Maternal and Child Health Services, libraries and enrolling in childcare services
• Work with kindergartens, families, and schools to support children’s transition into school.
