Throughout February and March, some Hume residents may receive a call inviting them to take part in the Local Government Victoria’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey.

The survey will benchmark our performance against other councils and help us to better understand what matters most to our community and how we can continue to improve local services.

The survey is managed by an independent market research agency, Klein Research with their fieldwork partner, TKW Research. It is anonymous and conducted primarily over the phone with a smaller online component.

During February and March, some residents may receive a phone call inviting them to take part in the survey. Participation is completely voluntary and all responses are confidential and reported in aggregate only.

Calls for the survey will be made by TKW Research who will identify themselves at the beginning and end of the call. Calls will come from a mobile number between 1pm – 8.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am – 5pm on weekends.

Phone numbers are sourced from a publicly available and permission-based Australian data sources used for research and statistical studies. The phone numbers are not drawn from Council databases.

If you are contacted, we encourage you to take part in the survey - your feedback will help shape the services and programs that matter most to our community.
