Like so many of us, a balance between work, life and family didn't come easily to Hasret. "I struggled with that at the beginning."
Once she got the ball rolling, it all became much more manageable for her. "It's really energised me. It's made me happy."
She now has a community of women at the gym, and hasn't looked back since. "They give me that inspiration. They make me feel happy. They motivate me - we motivate each other."
