In partnership with DPV Health, volunteer leaders will meet at the Aitken Hill Community Centre for a 30–45 minute light to medium paced walk. Stay after the walk for a cuppa and a chat.
We encourage you to walk at the pace that you are most comfortable with and if necessary, seek advice from your GP on whether walking is suitable for you.
What to bring/wear: comfortable clothing, walking shoes/sneakers/runners, hat/cap, water bottle.
Cost: Free, registration required in the Centre for first time walkers to the group.
