We've created a new space for our community to get active outdoors and involved in sport locally.

What have we done?

We've developed the Mt Aitken Recreation Reserve for the Craigieburn community. This reserve provides the much-needed softball facility for the sport to thrive locally, as well as other spaces for the whole community to enjoy. 

This project will include:

• 2 x softball diamonds with sports lighting
• Sports pavilion
• Multipurpose turfed sports area
• Playspace
• Shared pathways
• Public toilets

• Car parking

Partnerships

This project is being delivered in partnership between Hume City Council and the Victorian Government, and supported by Stockland.
