Reclink Functional Strength and Mobility

Homestead Community and Learning Centre is partnering with Recklink for our fun and low-impact Functional Strength and Mobility sessions.

Functional strength is important for everyone of all ages - it helps everyday tasks easier to carry out, prevents injury and of course, helps our overall strength and wellbeing 

This class will contain a mobility component which frees up stiffness and allows a better range of movement and motion.

Everyone is welcome! No prior exercise or workout experience required.
