Hiring Process 

Looking to hire a sporting reserve? 

Casual hire is available at a sporting reserve, subject to availability. For any enquiries relating to casual hire, please refer to the plan an event or gathering page.

Casual Hire Fee Charges

Personal Training

Personal Training and Boot camp Training Sessions can be held at either a sporting reserve or passive open space. 

It is a requirement under the Crown Land Acts Amendment 2009 that personal trainers and fitness groups operating commercially on public land have a permit with Council.

Hiring a reserve or park for a Personal Training or Bootcamp session

The following documentation will be required to be completed, 

• A casual hire application form needs to be completed and submitted to Council
• Active Health Professionals - AUSactive Registration Certificate
• Public Liability Insurance must be attached to the Casual Hire Application Form 
• Provide a clear description of the location for your proposed session 

All session times must be approved by Council. 

Fees 

$154.25 monthly fee

Application approval 

If successful, a confirmation letter will be sent to the applicant.
