Need to pay the fee for your building or planning application? Find out how you can pay your invoice through our online payment platform eHume, in person or via mail.
Once you've confirmed your details are correct, access our online payment platform. You'll need the Application ID on your invoice so keep it handy.
Enter your Application ID into the 'Application Number' box and press 'Next'. Make sure you enter the right Application ID as listed on your invoice.
Follow the instructions to enter your payment details and process your payment.
Check your details on the invoice to make sure they are all correct. If any details are wrong please write the correct information on the invoice.
Take your invoice to one of our Customer Service Centres in Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Sunbury and speak with one of our staff members who can process your payment.
