If you reside in a street with Permit Zone parking restrictions, you may be eligible for residential parking permits. Residents may be eligible for up to three parking permits.
Fixed – For use on a vehicle where the permit is fixed to the windscreen.
Visitor – For use by residents and/or their visitors to be placed on top of the dashboard.
Temporary – For use by residents and/or their visitors for special occasions. A maximum of four permits that will be valid for up to three days. Application is to be made a minimum of five business days prior to the date required.

First permit – Free
Second permit – Free
Third permit - $70 administration fee
Temporary Parking Permits – $35 administration fee
Lost and replacement permits
Any lost permits must be reported as soon as possible.
- A statutory declaration needs to be forwarded to Council outlining the circumstances of the lost permit.
- The replacement of lost permits will incur a $35 administration fee.
- The lost permit will be cancelled and any vehicles displaying a cancelled permit risks receiving a Parking Infringement Notice.
Fixed residential parking permits are only valid for the vehicle they have been issued for. If you change your vehicle and require a new permit, an application form needs to be completed and forwarded to Council. You will need to return your old permit with your application. A $35 administration fee will incur if the old permit is not returned.
Renewals
All current permit holders will be contacted prior to permits expiring, providing the opportunity to reapply for new permits.
