This exhibition showcases a series of prints that celebrate Hume-based artist Louse D’Amico’s enduring love of flowers.
Art-making enables Louise to explore the variety of their colours, shapes and unique decorative patterns in detail. Through the mediums of linocut and monotype printmaking, her work tells a vibrant, colourful and bold story about her love of flowers and how, similarly to humans and neurodivergent people like herself, they are all different. Sharing her creativity instils a sense of pride and connection to her community, and most significantly makes her happy.
