Young Men's Boxing Program

A 4-week workshop program for young males (13-17), focusing on physical health, health mental health and wellbeing, teamwork and goal setting through learning boxing techniques.  

In partnership with Reclink, a boxing facilitator will take the young people through proper boxing techniques for body fitness and wellbeing teaching them control, self-defence, building confidence and resilience in a safe environment. 

Ages 13 - 17 years
