What we're doing
We’re creating a clear plan for the future of the Broadmeadows Metropolitan Activity Centre. This detailed plan will support a new long-term vision to help Broadmeadows realise its full potential.
The plan will be shaped by feedback from the local community. It will guide how the area grows and changes over time, making it a better place to live, work and visit.

Why are we doing these works?
Broadmeadows is changing fast. There are new homes, better transport and more services on the way. But right now, there’s no single plan to guide growth or bring everything together.

Partnerships
This work is funded through a $3.3 million grant under Stream One of the Commonwealth Government’s Urban Precincts and Partnership Program.
Hume City Council, in partnership with the Broadmeadows Suburban Revitalisation Board (BSRB) and the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation, will deliver the Broadmeadows Roadmap.
