Workforce shortages are impacting Northwestern Melbourne business no matter the size. This practical, interactive capability workshop is for hiring managers and people leaders to strengthen their confidence in recruiting and onboarding CALD job seekers (culturally and linguistically diverse).

This practical, discussion-based workshop will cover:

  • Recruitment challenges and opportunities
  • Myth-busting common concerns
  • Communication across cultures
  • Unconscious bias in hiring
  • How to get started - without complexity

Designed for businesses of all sizes, this session focuses on practical tips and realistic strategies you can apply immediately.


This workshop is being delivered by Community Corporate in partnership with Hume City Council and Workforce Australia's Local Jobs Program.
