Refugee Week
Refugee Week aims to both raise awareness about the issues affecting refugees around the world and celebrate the positive contributions made by refugees.
Refugee Week runs from Sunday 15 June to Saturday 21 June in Australia. It is always held from Sunday to Saturday of the week which includes 20 June (World Refugee Day) with activities and events in around that period.
For Refugee Week 2025, we came together to celebrate with vibrant cultural performances, engaging activities, and inspiring stories from refugees in our community. It was a special day full of culture, connection, and shared experiences.
