The Sunbury Resource Recovery Centre is open but only accepting small loads of mixed waste. We recommend that people with large mixed waste loads go directly to the Bolinda Road Resource Recovery Centre.

Talented emerging Aboriginal artist Amina Briggs has designed a playful image referencing waterplay and wildlife at the Splash Aquatic Centre Craigieburn. The humorous image runs high on the centre wall, facing Aitken Boulevard, and features splashing fish and possums. As possums are not naturally swimmers, this gives the artwork a deliberate added sense of amusement.
