What we're doing

From the week commencing Monday 12 January, we’ll begin upgrading Kirkham Drive Reserve in Greenvale. These upgrade works will include:

• a new playspace including a play unit, swings, climbing frame, rockers and spinner 

• new park furniture 

• new shelter 

• landscaping.

Works will take place between 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. The project is due to be completed by late May 2026, weather permitting.

What to expect

Temporary fencing will be installed around the perimeter of the work area and the playspace will be closed throughout the construction period. An alternative playspace is available at Greenvale Drive Reserve.

Managing impacts

We manage our works responsibly in line with project requirements by:

• keeping residents informed when work is happening nearby

• using clear signage

• securing worksites with fencing, barriers and safety measures 

• monitoring and managing noise, dust and other construction impacts.
